Frequently Asked Questions
- 01All standard orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. From there, they will spend 3-5 business days in transit. Please note: these estimates may be extended during the holidays. You can find an order's tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. This will show you the latest information on your package, including the item's current location. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation, or cannot locate this information, please do not hesitate to contact us.(https://www.inkandtrinketkids.com/contact) If your order has been marked "delivered" and you cannot locate the package, a claim will need to be filed with the carrier. If you need assistance with this process, feel free to contact us. Ink & Trinket Kids is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete mailing addresses. Please ensure that you have provided complete and accurate address details. Please contact us directly for questions regarding bulk or invoiced orders.
- 02While we do our best to ensure all our craft kits are packed with the utmost care, mistakes can happen. Contact customer support using the "contact us"(javascript:void(0)) tab and we will get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. You may also email us at inkandtrinketkids@gmail.com.
- 03If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send an email detailing your issue to inkandtrinketkids@gmail.com where additional return shipping instructions will be provided. Once we receive your returned package, a credit will be applied to your original payment account. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to quality-related issue.
- 04Yes! Our creative team is always happy to entertain new projects. We may not be able to accommodate EVERY request, but our success rate is pretty darn high, so it never hurts to ask. Often these unique requests even result in permanent new product lines, so it's a win-win for all of us! Please note: due to copyright restrictions we cannot entertain projects with existing protections in place. This includes TV and movie characters, song lyrics, brand logos, etc.
- 05Send a valid copy of your tax exemption certificate to inkandtrinketkids@gmail.com. Customer support will reimburse your account in the amount of taxes paid, or if preferred, can send a custom invoice in the amount owed.
- 06If you'd like to cancel your order, send an email to inkandtrinketkids@gmail.com or use the "Contact Us"(javascript:void(0)) page to send us a message. Once your package has shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order, but are always happy to arrange for a return if necessary.
- 07We are happy to provide free samples of our bulk supply items (minus the cost of shipping). To request a sample, contact customer support via email at inkandtrinketkids@gmail.com or through the "contact us"(javascript:void(0)) tab. We'll send you an invoice to cover the cost of shipping, and get a sample to you as soon as possible.
