  • Where's my order?
    You can find an order's tracking number in the shipping confirmation email or by clicking on the "My Orders" page.
  • How do I return an order I placed online?
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send an email detailing your issue to Once we receive the returned package a credit will be added to your payment account.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you'd like to cancel your order, send an email to or use the "Contact Us" page to send a message to customer support. We will be unable to cancel an order once the item has shipped, but are always happy to arrange for a returns if necessary.
  • What if my order has missing or damaged peices?
    While we do our best to ensure all our craft kits are packed with care, mistakes can happen. Contact customer support using the "contact us" tab and we will get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. You may also email us at
  • How do I file for tax exemptions?
    Send a valid copy of your tax exemption certificate to Customer support will reimburse your account in the amount of taxes paid, or can send a custom invoice in the amount owed.
  • Can you create a custom kit just for me?
    Yes! Our creative team is always happy to entertain new projects. We may not be able to accomodate EVERY request, but our success rate is pretty darn high, so it never hurts to ask. Often these unique requests even result in permanent new product lines, so it's a win-win for all of us! Please note: due to copyright restrictions we cannot entertain projects with existing protections in place. This includes TV and movie characters, song lyrics, brand logos, etc.
  • Can you provide paint samples for bulk buyers?
    We are happy to provide free samples of our bulk supply items (minus the cost of shipping). To request a sample, contact customer support via email at or through the "contact us" tab. We'll send you an invoice to cover the cost of shipping, and get a sample to you as soon as possible.
