SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Most of our items are lovingly packed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Shipping fees vary by weight and will be determined at checkout. All orders over $35 ship for free within the continental United States.
All complete craft kits are packaged in a white box with an affixed label showing an image of the completed craft project. The craft kit will then be wrapped in a plain poly mailer for shipping.

Bulk orders will be packaged in an appropriately sized mailing box or bubble mailer and shipped within 5-7 business days. If you would like special individualized kit packaging for special events or large group orders, please contact us directly via the "contact us" tab or by email at inkandtrinketkids@gmail.com.

In the event that a package is returned due to an incorrect address being provided, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. If reshipping is not an option, a refund will be provided minus a 15% restocking fee.

Ink and Trinket Kids does not currently ship outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and encourage you to check out our downloadable craft projects.

While we do our best to ensure our products are created and packaged to the highest standards, we also understand that issues may occasional arise.
