Shipping Policy
Standard orders are lovingly packed and shipped within 2-4 business days, and spend approximately 3-5 business days in transit. Shipping fees vary by weight and will be determined at checkout. All orders over $35 ship for free within the continental United States.
In rare cases, your package may not be delivered due to issues with the shipping address. Please ensure that a complete, accurate, and serviceable shipping address is provided. Ink & Trinket Kids is not responsible for failed delivery attempts.
In the event your package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you via email. The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be refunded, minus the cost of the original shipping label.

Tracking
You will get an email notification from our system when your order is in transit. Included in this email will be the tracking number associated with your order. This tracking number will allow you to track your package as it progresses to your location
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2-4 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
If the tracking information marks the item as “delivered," and you are unable to locate the package, a claim will need to be filed with the carrier. All standard packages will be shipped and insured through USPS. To file a claim with USPS click here.

Returns
While we do our best to ensure our products are created and packaged to the highest standards, we also understand that issues may occasional arise. If you are less than satisfied with your purchase, do not hesitate to contact us. We are dedicated to ensuring your crafting experience is a positive one, and promise to make it right.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a quality related issue.
